Where can an AI agent help first?
In procure-to-pay, a supplier invoice may be blocked because the quantity received differs from the quantity billed. An agent can retrieve the purchase order, receipt and invoice, highlight the discrepancy and send the evidence to the person responsible for approval. A pilot can measure investigation time per invoice.
In order-to-cash, the equivalent question is which deliveries are ready to invoice. One integration tested by Guillermo connected WooCommerce orders to ERPNext delivery notes and electronic invoices in a private test environment. That demonstration covered the path to invoicing; collections and production-scale performance were outside its scope.
